There is a word list box below the keyboard. Click on the little arrow next to the word 'Hello' and a list of correctly spelt words appears. Selecting the word you require and clicking on the 'Enter' button will put the whole word at the end of your text in one go.
When you have typed your text into the box at the top of the page, point to the text, and click with the right mouse button. A menu will then appear, just click on (with the left button) "Select All" to highlight the text, get the menu back again and click on "Copy".
